Hi Sue,

Great blog post about the importance of positive thinking. To be honest, I struggle with staying upbeat and positive from time to time, and I found your advice to be helpful and on point.

Society seems to be drowning in a sea of negativity these days. Thanks for throwing a life preserver to us. Keep in touch.

Best wishes.

Hi Sue,
Thanks for the interesting post. It does puzzle me however why so many people suffer from anxiety disorders nowadays. Very few folk in the Western world need to concern themselves about having a warm bed to sleep in at night and most of us have so much food available that obesity is in epidemic proportions in many countries.
I wonder if people in poorer countries, whose main focus in life is to provide sufficient food and shelter for their family, experience anxiety attacks to the same degree.
We would be interested in your thoughts as you have some knowledge in this area.
best regards
Allan and Dawn

Thank you Sue: Lots of good advice here. These topics are very popular now. Now if you could write a post about being technologically deficient. That would be wonderful Thanks, Betty

Hi! Great article! I was just thinking that I needed to include my pets more into some type of exercise. Walking is something the whole family can do! Wish you luck in your endeavors and your blog is off to a great start!

Hi Sue,

I don't have a dog to walk, so most of the walking I do is at work. I use shoes called Z-Coils. When I first saw them, they were so ugly I said, I will "never" have any shoes like that. I'll tell you what, I am on concrete 8 or more hours a day and that is very hard on the feet. So I finally tried a pair. Now I don't care what they look like and actually I don't think they look as ugly any more. Truly, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and having comfortable shoes makes them look better in my eyes. My feet feel great after 8-10 hours of walking and standing and moving all day. Walking is a great exercise, and I do get plenty of it.
